When is the best time to go to Hai Phong?

From Hanoi to Hai Phong
By train
On the way from Long Bien station to Hai Phong station, train stops at 4 stations which are Gia Lam, Cam Giang, Hai Duong and Phu Thai station. One day, there are 4 trains from Hanoi to Hai Phong and vice versa at 6h – 9h20 – 15h20 – 18h10. Except for the first and the last train at 18h from Ha Noi, 6h10 in Hai Phong that take 2.5 hours to reach the destination, the rests take 3 hours or more. By shuttle bus
Shuttle bus runs continuously from Luong Yen and Gia Lam bus station to Hai Phong. Each takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
